APPTOINTMENT POLICY:

We require credit card to be added to your personal profile to secure your appointment. This information will be collected during the creation or update of your account. The provided card will be verified through our software to ensure its validity and consistency with the provided information (name, billing address, etc.). In the event of an invalid card or inconsistencies in the provided details, the appointment may be canceled.

As part of our commitment to protecting our guests and preventing fraudulent activity, we may request a copy of your identification and a photograph. These will be securely transmitted via an authorization form and promptly deleted upon verification.

When you arrive, we will conduct a brief verification process to ensure the guest information and payment method match our records. This is an additional security measure to maintain the integrity of our services and safeguard our clients.

• The collection and use of your personal information, including payment details and identification, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive information.
• We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your service, JD Purity Spa & Salon requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you may be preventing another patient from getting a much-needed service. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel, and we are unable to schedule you for an appointment.

If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, we request that you cancel your session. In this case cancellation fees will not apply. Although, repeating cancellations due to health reasons are subject to cancellation policy unless client can prove their reasons.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. No call, no shows are subject to cancellation fee of 100% the price of scheduled services. These fees will be charged to the card that you provided upon booking your service.

Guests who have more than 2 no shows or late cancellations will be required to pre-pay 100% of their services to hold their reservation.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards purchased online are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY:

We may take photos and/or videos with client’s permission which maybe used to promote our products and services.

You cannot use professional photo and video equipment for personal reasons in the JD Purity facilities unless permitted in advance.

ACCESS AND CONDUCT:

Premises: All visitors must enter through the main reception area and check in with the front desk. Authorized visitors will be escorted to their destination and must be accompanied by a representative of the Company at all times. Each and every visitor shell conduct respectfully to JD Purity staff and its guests and clients.

Outside Food and Beverages: The consumption of outside food or beverages is prohibited within the Lux MedSpa facilities.

Age Restrictions: To ensure a peaceful experience for adults and to protect the health and safety of everyone all individuals under the age of 16 have to be always accompanied by parent or guardian. For spa treatments such as massage, facial or body treatments the minimum age is 16 and we will ask parental consent for those under 18.
